I am a ROPSSAA gold medalist in the 50m freestyle, and I bring my competitive racing experience directly into my coaching. My lessons emphasize proper technique, speed and power development, starts and turns, and race strategy while always maintaining a strong foundation in water safety.

I work with swimmers of all backgrounds, abilities, and experience levels, creating a supportive and respectful environment where every athlete feels welcome and encouraged to succeed. Whether a swimmer is new to competitive training or refining elite level skills, I focus on building confidence, efficiency, and performance.
